A beginner-friendly yoga class. Move, stretch, strengthen and breathe at an easy pace—perfect if you’re new to yoga or want a calm, supportive start to your Sunday.

Thursday early evening yoga class 

5.30pm-6.30pm Dunvant Social Centre

Due to the popularity of the Grow As You Go Sunday yoga class, a further class has been added to the timetable on a Thursday early evening. 

 

Friday morning yoga class

10am-11am Dunvant Social Centre

Chair Yoga 1 Hour Class

Tuesday afternoon Chair Yoga Plus Class

4.15pm-5.15pm Dunvant Social Centre

Take your chair yoga a step further and learn additional standing yoga postures. A gentle yet energising class designed to help you move, stretch and feel better in your body without ever needing to get down on the floor.  

 

 

Thursday morning Chair Yoga Class

10am-11am Dunvant Social Centre

Gentle seated yoga, with a small selection of optional supported standing yoga.
